BREAKS, BREAKS THE WAVE (1976) (Roberto Fuiano)
Morning that's rising is creating games of light in the eyes of the sailors on the warship of Saul. Battles with winds and storms of rain, ev'ry wave the death and the hope for the day. So still and restlessness alternate views between joy and fear in the soul of the men. Oh Lord, a pray and a grace for the day, the day of peace. Breaks, breaks the wave breaks, breaks the wave at the foot of the crags on their heaven and on their hell. Morning that's rising is creating games of light in the eyes of the sailors on the warship of Saul. How can the cloud lead the man through the paths or swamps and forests, make it blind. So for a sign of light - oh joy! - they feel to be men creatures of a silently life. Silently life the expanses of water that run all around with the power to give the end (to give the end, to give the end). Breaks, breaks the wave breaks, breaks the wave at the foot of the crags on their heaven and on their hell.
S’INFRANGE, S’INFRANGE L’ONDA (1976)
