AVALON (1988) (Roberto Fuiano)
Here in the Holy Land where the breeze brings fragrant smells there is a secret wood where time is slow. Priestess with a crescent moon on their foreheads, let the dark hair down gently over their shoulders. Mother Heart is doing her magic rituals and the Fairy People is waiting for the new moon. Singing and dancing in dark of the night as the sweet music of flutes spreads all around, all around. At the end of an ancient path where the trees are always green there is a circle of stones where the wise men read the sun course. They’re offering blood for Earth fertility, the flood-tide’s beating in everyone’s heart, the old spirits of streams and waters are talking to knights who left for the search. Arms are lifted to the sky in a world many miles away, miles away.
AVALON
