After the sun, after the stars, across the worlds

you’ll arrive to the gold castle.

Said the young man to the old man:

"What’s the way for the gold castle?"

thousands of primroses opened their petals

toward the sun, the sun, the sun.

But odd toys run around those towers

on the terraced gardens and through the lawns

over the moons, the moons, the moons.

But take a look down, take a look down,

take a look down

is the smiling street of the universe.

DOPO IL SOLE

Dopo il sole, dopo le stelle, attraverso i mondi

arriverai al castello dorato.

Disse il giovane al vecchio:

"Qual è la via per il castello dorato?"

migliaia di primule aprirono i loro petali

verso il sole, il sole, il sole.

Ma strani giocattoli corrono intorno a quelle torri
